2 Good Auto typically offer a wide range of vehicle types from standard to luxury cars and SUV to suit different needs and preferences. 

How much does it cost to rent a car?

Generally, rental rates start around $50 per day, but this can vary based on factors like the location, type of car, rental duration, age of the renter, and any additional features or insurance options you choose. If you're flexible with your pick-up and drop-off locations, or if you're willing to book in advance, you might find better rates. 

Are there any additional fees?

In addition to the base rental rate, we often charge various additional fees. Here are some common ones:

Security Deposit: We charge a flate fee of $80 upon check-in. This fee is return to the drive upon check-out considering that the driver has met all rental requirements and vehicle is return in same condition as was when rented.

Insurance: We typically offer various types of insurance, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Liability Insurance, and Personal Accident Insurance, theft insurance. These can add significantly to the cost.

Additional Driver Fees: If you want to add an extra driver to the rental agreement, there’s usually an additional daily fee.

Young Driver Fee: Drivers under a certain age (often 25) might incur a young driver fee, which can be quite substantial.

Fuel Charges: You may need to return the car with a full tank of gas, or you could be charged a refueling fee if the tank isn’t full.

Mileage Fees: Some rentals include a set amount of mileage; exceeding this can lead to additional charges.

Late Return Fees: Returning the car later than agreed upon can result in additional charges.

Cleaning Fees: Excessive dirt or damage to the interior may lead to cleaning fees.

Out of Town Fees: Renters that are travelling future than 150 miles a day is considered out of town or long distance renting and will be required to pay an additional fee.

GPS and Other Add-Ons: Renting extra equipment like a GPS unit, car seat, or satellite radio typically incurs additional daily fees.

Convenience Fees: Fees might be charged for things like airport pickup/drop-off or for making changes to your reservation.

Always read the rental agreement carefully and ask about any potential additional charges before finalizing your reservation.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, 2 Good Auto have a minimum rental period of one day. This means you’ll be charged for at least a full day, even if you rent the car for less than 24 hours.  If you need the car for a very short time, contact directly to see if we offer any flexibility or alternative options.

Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?

TAge requirements for renting a car may vary by location, but here are the general guidelines:

Minimum Age: The standard minimum age for renting a car is usually 18 years old. However, this can vary; in The Bahamas locations, the minimum age might be 16.

Young Driver Fees: Drivers under 21 often face additional fees, known as young driver surcharges. These fees can be quite high, sometimes adding $20 to $30 per day to the rental cost.

Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?

The are discounts for frequent and long term renters.

Are insurance and roadside assistance included in the rental cost?

All renters are required to show proof of insurance coverage while renting any of 2 Good Auto vehicles. All insurance will be verified through the system. If the renter do not have insurance coverage, the renter is required to purchase insurance coverage  which also includes roadside assistance from 2 Good Auto.

What are the fuel and mileage policies?

All renters are required to return all vehicle on the same fuel level as it was when initially rented. Renters are limited to 250 miles a day.
